We have implemented another temporary solution and are working on a permanent solution based on the additional data we received.

All the VPS servers on AMS-05 have fully been recovered and all data is intact.

If you're still having issues with your VPS, please create a ticket so that we can investigate this.

This incident has been closed, we will announce scheduled maintenance tomorrow to add additional resiliency to our VPS clusters, to prevent this in the future.

We have been informed by our primary upstreams that the issue has been resolved and we have confirmed that performance is as expected.

The temporarily solution has resolved the issue and traffic is back to normal levels, one of our engineers is going to the datacenter to perform hardware replacements to resolve the issue.

The investigation of the issue has been performed and the issue has been found, this was an issue on our upstream carrier side and they have implemented a permanent solution to prevent this in the future.
