Previous incidents

We have been monitoring the network and we have concluded that it's stable again.

An unassuming config change that was expected to have no negative side effects, once applied, seems to have triggered a software bug causing internal connectivity inside of the distribution layer of the network. These changes have now been reverted. Our team will be re-assessing these changes and will, with the necessary preparations made, push these changes at a later date.

The failed switch has been replaced and the network is confirmed to be stable again after testing for a couple minutes.

We've identified and fixed the root cause of degraded performance on our Amsterdam VPS cluster.

After extensive monitoring of our virtual platform, it now appears to be stable and fully operational again.

The issue originated from a bug in the service daemon managing our virtual firewalling causing the CPU to become overloaded with system interrupts trying to process the traffic. A temporary work-around has now been implemented. A permanent solution has been found and will be implemented in a future scheduled maintenance window.
