Maintenance

Our upstream transit provider in AMS will be performing maintenance to resolve some of the packet loss issues experienced in the last couple days, this maintenance can cause some packet loss while it's being performed.

We have detected hardware failure on VPS-1 AMS causing this node to malfunction, to guarantee the stability of this node we need to replace the hardware which is experiencing the failure, this will cause a brief downtime while we are replacing this component (15-20 minutes)

This maintenance has been fully completed after monitoring the network for 24 hours making sure that it is fully stable.

The DDoS Protection related maintenance has been completed

On Sunday 12 November, we will be performing hardware upgrades to improve overall performance specifically IO operations for high performance compute tasks.
