We will perform an essential network upgrade planned for Saturday, 6th January 2024, at 8:00 AM Central European Standard Time (CEST).

These changes improve our protection against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, improve bandwidth capacity, and ensure superior service reliability. Moreover, this upgrade will be a vital part of the launch of our new Nikhef location.

While we work to implement these upgrades, customers may experience intermittent packet loss as we migrate traffic to our secondary core and distribution routers consecutively. The maintenance window will be 4 hours, during which there will be a brief window of approximately 5 minutes for possible packet loss.
