Due to recent system maintenance and updates, some user ticket history is missing. It's also possible that a small amount of other data was affected. Scheduled software upgrade DDoS mitigation platform

We will conduct scheduled software upgrades on our Corero mitigation platform during the specified time frame.
Mitigation services will operate fully throughout the maintenance period. However, please be aware that data from the mitigation system will be temporarily inaccessible on the Shield panel while the upgrades are ongoing.
We appreciate your understanding and will promptly restore service visibility after completion.
New York network upgrade

Due to our Nikhef maintenance taking longer than expected, as well as other emergencies that arose in between, this has unfortunately been delayed slightly.
Our engineer will visit the data center on July 1st to complete the final changes, after which we can finalize the configuration and move it into production.
